At Cloudflare, we want your home to feel perfect. If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture or decor, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or contact us to schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items and oversized decor.
